Alberte (Al) Coccomo has been a real estate broker and entrepreneur since 1983. Among many successes in her career, one of her proudest accomplishments was consistently being named a top producer for a national real estate firm. Having personally bought and sold homes, as well as commercial real estate and businesses, she possesses a wealth of real estate and business knowledge. As a former partner in a residential building and design company, Al is well informed on general construction methods and building regulations and enjoys working with builders and developers. Al spent the last 14 years working in a corporate environment starting and guiding 3 businesses in different sectors to profitability and beyond. 2020 has seen a full time return to her and her family’s passion – Real Estate. Al is excited to be able to devote her time again to working with buyers and sellers and guiding them through the ever-changing real estate market.

Kate Lombardi has been a real estate agent since 2011, working primarily with homeowners and vacationers along the Connecticut shoreline. She obtained her MBA from Pace University and was an Audit Supervisor at a Public Accounting Firm in NYC for 6+ years. Kate relocated back to the Connecticut shoreline in late 2018 to follow her dream of beginning her entrepreneurial venture with her family. During 2020, the opportunity to change careers and focus solely on real estate was realized. Kate’s business and financial background coupled with her real estate experience is invaluable to buyers and sellers as she professionally guides them through the various aspects of real estate. Following her passion, Kate is a partner in the Company, and is excited with her new adventure.

Erica Donnelly has been a real estate agent since 2011. As the top producer in the office, she sells and lists residential properties throughout Connecticut, as well as works with homeowners and summer vacationers along the shoreline. Emulating her family’s entrepreneurial mindset, Erica began her first venture in 2005. She is the successful owner of Maximus, a home decor and antique shop located in Old Saybrook. As an active and respected participant in the Old Saybrook small business community and a member of the Chamber of Commerce, Erica continues to make long lasting relationships throughout the community. Her eye for detail and experience in retail design, allows her to effectively guide her clients in preparing their homes for sale, as well as, assist buyers in envisioning the potential of a home.
